RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery for refund or online gift card.

We do not offer refund on jewellery, accessories unless its quality defect, customised products (made to order), products mentioned as Pre-order, products been altered as per size specification.

We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note (Gift card) for the amount spent will be issued to you online.

Products purchased worth USD 1000 or below are eligible for a full refund to the source of payment. If the purchase amount is higher than USD 1000, we will be sending you an Online Gift Card of the same amount.

Please note that processing returns and exchanges may take up to 15 days from the date the return request is initiated

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund via gift card.

For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund or online gift card immediately after we receive the products from your end and its pass quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days.

Any complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 

In-Store Purchases – USA

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items purchased only at USA retail stores.

  • Products must be returned with the original invoice and tags.

  • Customised (made-to-order) products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

  • Products purchased:

    • Outside the USA, or

    • Through third-party online portals are not eligible for return, exchange, or alteration in USA stores.

  • Returns/exchanges are not applicable on:

    • Accessories and jewellery

    • Discounted and on-sale merchandise

  • Refunds for returned items:

    • Under $1,000 USD – eligible for refund

    • $1,000 USD or more – eligible for store credit only


Post-usage defect claims and exchanges are accepted up to 3 months from the date of purchase, subject to evaluation by our quality team.
