SHIPPING POLICY

We offer complimentary shipping on orders above USD 400. A flat shipping fee of USD 35 applies to orders below USD 400.
All orders shipped to the USA are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable customs duties are included in the product price, so no additional customs duties are payable upon delivery.

Ready-to-Ship Products

• Orders dispatched from within the USA typically take 2–4 business days to be delivered.
• Orders shipped from India typically take 3–7 business days to be delivered.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Products
Made-to-order and pre-order styles require a production timeline of approximately 30 days to 3 months, depending on the design and style.
We recommend checking the estimated production timeline mentioned on the product description page for each product, next to the 'Add to Cart' option.

Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and prevailing tax regulations.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled in full or partially only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted, and the applicable Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
Made-to-order styles cannot be cancelled once order is placed.

Shipping Address Modification
The shipping address can be modified only before the order is invoiced or dispatched.
Orders placed for delivery within the USA cannot be redirected to India or to another international destination after placement.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
