REWILD - FASHION FOR GOOD

Our world is not ours alone. Humanity can only survive and thrive by co-existing harmoniously with all living beings that share the planet with us. We’ve always believed that fashion can be a force for good, which led to our initiative, Rewild - a fashion fundraiser for nature and elephant conservation. A crucial call to preserve our planet’s extraordinary wildlife and pristine habitats.

Set against the historic backdrop of City Palace, Jaipur - Rewild was co-hosted by Princess Gauravi Kumari and Kartiki Gonsalves. All proceeds raised went to the Nature Conservation Foundation (NCF) to amplify their project in South India addressing human-elephant conflict and promoting peaceful coexistence.

The Lantana Elephants are handmade by indigenous communities working with The Real Elephant Collective. Modelled after real-life elephant herds coexisting with people in the Nilgiri Hills, these life-sized sculptures are a jumbo-sized solution to Lantana camara, one of the 10 most invasive weeds in the world, that has taken over forests at a disturbingly fast pace. Crafted with love, these Lantana elephants promote conservation and can be acquired by getting in touch with Sandeep Hanchanale at sandeep@therealelephant.com.

REWILD ALBUM

Featuring the tunes of the iconic Rajasthani folk singer Bhanwari Devi, we collaborated with Midival Punditz & Curtain Blue for our playlist. Supported by the vocals of Komorebi, percussionist Nathulal Solanki and the Jaisalmer Boys, our album is a curation of hand-picked homegrown artists that celebrate Rajasthan.
